Welcome to Truth at Grand
We are a coalition of Concerned Residents who have reviewed documents, interviewed and questioned, BOD members, CAM employees and professionals in various industries. In addition, we have attended both Board and Committee meetings. We have kept abreast of the current BOD’s objectives, goals and projects. Many of us are professionals who have extensive experience. We have grave concerns about the way in which many of these projects are being planned, negotiated, awarded and executed. This site is designed to provide you with a centralized hub for information and documentation you need to stay informed and engaged in our community. We will be providing accurate documentation that is essential and reliable, so that you are aware of projects and processes that affect our community. We’re committed to fostering a vibrant, well-informed, and collaborative neighborhood. Unlike the Community Updates we receive from the Current BOD and GM, we will strive to give counter points and information for you to consider and balance. Since we do not have a voice in the current community blasts we have created this Website as a forum for us to give you good information.

Gusich, a resident of Maricopa County, Arizona, lives and owns property in Sun City Grand, a planned community as that term is defined in A.R.S. § 33-1802, in Surprise, Arizona, and a Member of Defendant Sun City Grand Community Association, Inc. (the “Association”). 2. The Association is an Arizona nonprofit corporation responsible for owning, managing, and operating common areas and facilities of Sun City Grand. The affairs of the Association are managed by its Board of Directors (the “Board”). 3. 4. Jurisdiction and venue are proper in this Court. This is a Tier 2 case”.
