Mission Statement – For Recall
Our mission is to restore transparency, accountability, and integrity within the governance of the Homeowners Association of Sun City Grand. Some members of the current Board of Directors have failed to uphold the values and responsibilities essential to the success and well-being of our organization and you the homeowners.
At this point in The Grand’s evolution our community needs experienced individuals who are knowledgeable in the types of projects, services and enhancements that we need to embark on to maintain this community’s vibrancy. While we believe the current Board is well intentioned, we feel that some members are not able to bring the required skills to the table.
Through this recall, we aim to reestablish leadership that brings experience and proven track records which prioritizes the organization’s mission, acts in the best interests of all members, and fosters trust, innovation, collaboration and communication.
There are members of our community that believe the composition of the current BOD needs to be changed to reflect:
Transparency
Fiscal Responsibility
Common Sense
